YOU WILL
We are expanding and looking for an Sales engineer for Sweden to join our global commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead in driving sales, building long-term client relationships, and delivering customized solutions to meet the needs of the aerospace and precision mechanics industries.
In this role, you will:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities,
- Manage the entire sales process from quotation preparation to negotiation
- Work closely with internal departments such as Management, Quality, Methods, and Production to secure successful bids
You will also represent HARALD PIHL at key industry events and exhibitions, enhancing our presence and expanding our network.
YOU ARE
We are looking for a motivated individual with knowledge of heat treatment processes and aeronautical requirements. You have proven sales experience or a strong interest in technical sales, with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Your proactive mindset, attention to detail, and perseverance will drive your success. Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential for this role.
