We are seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator who brings experience, structure, and drive to our quality efforts. Your Role as a Quality Assurance Coordinator

In this position, you will work closely with the Quality management team and cross-functional teams to ensure our operations consistently meet internal standards and external requirements. You’ll be responsible for coordinating and improving documentation, compliance, and quality workflows across the organisation. This role is ideal for someone who has previous experience in a quality-related role and is ready to take on more responsibility in a global, fast-paced environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Process Development: Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives together with the Quality Team to enhance quality performance and operational efficiency.
• Cross-Departmental Support: Act as a quality liaison between purchasing, sales, and operations - ensuring that quality requirements are understood, followed, and documented across all departments.
• Supplier Quality Management: Coordinate supplier evaluations, manage quality assessment protocols, and lead remote audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Deviation and Complaint Handling: Take ownership of non-conformance reporting and ensure efficient root cause analysis, resolution, and preventive actions.
• Document and Certificate Management: Review, validate, and organise certificates and quality documentation to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to our integrated management systems and compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, AS 9120, and AS 9100.
• Operational Quality Support: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure quality checkpoints and documentation are consistently applied throughout the customer order process.

About you

We are looking for someone with a technical or scientific background, preferably with experience in a quality or project-based environment. You are analytical, detail-oriented, and have a strong problem-solving mindset. Your excellent communication skills allow you to collaborate effectively across departments. You’re quick to learn and absorb new information and are fluent in both English and Swedish.

The position is based in the UK, and experience from the medical or defense industry is considered a strong advantage.
